This is back to basics with one way how to use the Debosser stamps 

EQUIPMENT 

fondant

Food colouring (if needed)

chux cloth and a rubber band or sugar shaker

icing sugar or corn starch or a 50/50 mix

in this video a fondant smoother is used to push the debosser into the fondant but your rolling pin will do the same trick.
