From humble beginnings, our first smashing cake was created in 1988 by my mentor in the craft of chocolate making. Since then, I have continued to research and develop all new Belgian Chocolate creations, which include mud cakes, a gluten free range and the original smashing cake.
Learning from some of the world’s most illustrious cake bakers, decorators and chocolatiers, I am constantly evolving my practice from specialty gifts and chocolate messages through to decadent chocolate sculptures and elaborate creations for your special day.
I have continued in the tradition, selling the dome SmashingCake since the 90’s, the original Chockles products, extending the product lines to include my delicious famous homemade gingerbread, specialty cakes and all things chocolate.
